FACILITY RULES AND REGULATIONS

All Visitors are required to check in at Guest Services.

All persons using the facility must present a valid ID, sign, or have a current Waiver on file at Guest Services.

Anyone under the age of 12 must have adult supervision in the building at all times.
An Adult is considered to be 18 years of age or older.

Open Play Entry – Fee per visit. (Whether you are playing or coming in to watch.) – Currently Suspended due to COVID-19 restrictions
● Proper bands are required to be worn at all times.
● Those without the appropriate bands will be asked to leave.
● Open Play allows use of the Track, Upper Level Courts, and Lower Level Courts.
● Court and Track availability is determined on reserved and contracted activity.
● Open Court and Track times are not guaranteed.

Day Pass Entry – Fee per visit.
● Proper bands are required to be worn at all times.
● Those without the appropriate bands will be asked to leave.
● A Day Pass allows use of the Track, Upper Level Courts, Lower Level Courts, Fitness Center, Locker Rooms, and Shower.
● Court and Track availability is determined on reserved and contracted activity.
● Open Court and Track times are not guaranteed.

Arena Alive Fitness Membership (please see current package list and rates)
● Proper bands are required to be worn at all times.
● Those without the appropriate bands will be asked to leave.
● Fitness Membership allows use of the Track, Upper Level Courts, Lower Level Courts, Fitness Center, Locker Room, and Shower.
● Court and Track availability is determined on reserved and contracted activity.
● Open Court and Track times are not guaranteed.

Proper bands are required to attend an Event, Fitness Center, Courts, Track, and Locker Rooms.
Bands will be checked. Those without proper authorization will be asked to leave.

Main Entrance is located at the East side of the building.
● It is the only authorized access for entry or re-entry.
● All other doors on the main level and second level are for exiting and not intended for re-entry.
● Anyone found propping doors for re-entry will be asked to leave the facility.

Smoking and tobacco products are not allowed in the facility.

Outside food and drink are prohibited.

No firearms are permitted on Hy-Vee Arena property.

NO LOITERING

Individuals who engage in unacceptable or irresponsible behavior may be asked to leave the facility.
Repeat offenders may be banned from the facility for a determined amount of time based on the severity of their actions.

Hy-Vee Arena reserves the right to restrict or refuse services.

Hy-Vee Arena is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Shoes with hard and/or marking soles are prohibited on courts and track.

Proper fitness attire and footwear are required in Fitness Center.

Equipment may be rented with a Valid ID and payment of rental fee.

Only Hy-Vee Arena Staff are authorized to provide personal training in the arena or on facility grounds.

Hy-Vee Arena or hosted events take priority over Open Play.

Members Only Lanes are Lanes 1 – 2
Monday-Sunday
● Lane 1 is for walking
● Lane 2 is for Running and Jogging

NON-MEMBERS Lanes are Lanes 3 – 5
Online Reservations REQUIRED** Monday-Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm

Open Play Pass
● Monday-Friday 7:00am-10:00pm
● Saturday-Sunday 7:00am-10:00pm

Be aware of activity when entering or exiting the track.

No Standing on Track to view activities on the courts below.
