All Visitors are required to check in at Guest Services.

All persons using the facility must present a valid ID, sign, or have a current Waiver on file at Guest Services.

Anyone under the age of 12 must have adult supervision in the building at all times.
An Adult is considered to be 18 years of age or older.

Arena Alive Fitness Membership (Come in to sign-up)
● Proper bands are required to be worn at all times (Those without the appropriate bands will be asked to leave.)
● Membership allows use of the Track, Upper Level Courts, Lower Level Courts, Fitness Center, Locker Room, and Shower
● Open Court and Track times are not guaranteed (Call Guest Services for availability – (816) 505-0404)

● Hy-Vee Arena or hosted events take priority over Open Play
● Hy-Vee Arena reserves the right to restrict or refuse services

NOT permitted on Hy-Vee Arena property:
● Smoking and tobacco products
● Outside food and drink
● Shoes with hard and/or marking soles
● Firearms
● Loitering

Main Entrance is located at the East side of the building.
● It is the only authorized access for entry or re-entry.
● All other doors on the main level and second level are for exiting and not intended for re-entry. Anyone found propping doors for re-entry will be asked to leave the facility.

Individuals who engage in unacceptable or irresponsible behavior will be asked to leave the facility. Repeat offenders may be banned from the facility for a determined amount of time based on the severity of their actions.
